IBH HOSPITALITY TRAINING ACADEMY ORGANISES A “PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE” TRAINING COURSE FOR STAFF OF MENAS COMPANY

Over two days, 29–30 August 2025, IBH Hospitality Training Academy collaborated with MENAS Company to successfully organise a "Professional Customer Service" training course for 42 staff.
The course focused on equipping participants with foundational knowledge and in-depth skills in customer service, helping learners clearly understand the role and value of delivering a positive customer experience. The training content included: the customer persona, the customer experience, and an excellent service mindset. Learners were also given knowledge of, and applied, communication – empathy – companionship techniques to build trust and satisfaction.
In particular, learners took part in hands-on experiential activities through situation simulations, role-play, group discussion and direct feedback from the instructor. This was a valuable opportunity for learners to hone their service mindset, improve their ability to handle matters flexibly, and grow more confident in their daily work.
With the goal of going beyond merely improving professional skills, the course also spread the spirit of dedicated service – the core value for MENAS to keep developing sustainably and leaving a strong impression on its customers.
