IBH ACADEMY COLLABORATES WITH SALA HOTEL SYSTEM TO ORGANIZE THE “TRAIN THE TRAINER” PROGRAM

On September 8–9, 2026, IBH Academy collaborated with SALA Hotel System to deliver the “Train the Trainer” program for 40 management-level participants from across the SALA Hotel System.

The program equipped participants with practical knowledge and essential skills to develop effective in-house trainers, covering content development, lesson planning, training methodologies, presentation and facilitation skills, learner engagement, and techniques to inspire and motivate others.

Through the program, participants strengthened their confidence, leadership mindset, and ability to share knowledge effectively, contributing to a stronger learning culture, consistent service standards, and the sustainable development of human resources across the SALA Hotel System.
