THE “HOSPITALITY SERVICE” MODULE CONTINUES TO BE DELIVERED FOR MASTER'S STUDENTS, ORGANISED BY THE VICTORIA INSTITUTE OF BANKING – FINANCE AND HIGH TECHNOLOGY IN HANOI

On 7 September 2025, in Hanoi, IBH Hospitality Training Academy continued to collaborate with the Victoria Institute of Banking – Finance and High Technology to organise a "Hospitality Service" training session for 44 master's programme students.

Under the guidance of Ms Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Executive Director of IBH Academy, the session gave learners deep insight into the concept, mindset and model of hospitality service in a modern working environment. Through practical examples and interactive activities, learners were inspired to spread the spirit of hospitality in every action and in every interaction with customers. In addition, learners were taught and practised professional communication skills and the building of the customer experience.

IBH Hospitality Training Academy is honoured to accompany the Victoria Institute of Banking – Finance and High Technology on the journey of improving training quality, and will continue to deliver this module in many further master's classes in Ho Chi Minh City.
