IBH HOSPITALITY TRAINING ACADEMY ORGANISES A “TRAIN THE TRAINER” COURSE FOR STAFF OF HADANA BOUTIQUE HOIAN

On 18–19 September 2025, at Hadana Boutique Hoian, IBH Hospitality Training Academy delivered a "Train the Trainer" course for 35 managers of Hadana Boutique Resort Hoian.
The course equipped learners with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently become trainers within the resort, such as: designing lesson plans, selecting curricula, using teaching tools effectively, and demonstrating the positive behaviour of a trainer.
In particular, learners enthusiastically took part in practical activities and games to enhance soft skills such as presenting, questioning, motivating learners and handling difficult situations during training. The course was highly rated for its content, methods, preparation and instructor quality.
