IBH ACADEMY CONDUCTS THE 4TH TRAINING CLASS ON “CUSTOMER SERVICE & HANDLING GUESTS’ SITUATIONS” FOR VIETJET AVIATION JOINT STOCK COMPANY MEMBERS

On January 20, 2026, at the Conference Hall of Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh City, IBH Academy continued to conduct the 4th training class on “Customer Service & Handling Guests’ Situations” for 30 Vietjet Air members.

Participants were equipped with valuable knowledge on service mindset, standards of professional appearance, and effective communication skills. In addition, they engaged in a variety of interactive role-play activities, practicing how to handle real-life customer service situations.

The training program contributed to enhancing the professionalism, communication skills, and confidence of the members of the Vietjet Ground Service Centre, enabling them to handle customer situations more effectively and professionally.
